- BSMHFT and National Trust work ‘Back to Back’ to win two regional awards.
A partnership between our Trust and the National Trust’s Birmingham Back to Backs that supports those living with dementia has achieved regional recognition.
The interactive sessions which have been delivered since 2018 won two awards at the West Midlands Museum Development’s Volunteer Awards. In addition to scooping the Best Project Award in a ceremony held at the Hippodrome in September, they also took home the Judges Overall Excellence Prize, chosen from the 36 regional museums.
