As an Expert by Experience Connector, you will be matched up with a trainee Nursing Associate throughout their two-year training. You will have the opportunity to share your lived experience which will help the trainees focus, reflect on their practice, and build the skills to give the best person-centred care throughout their training and beyond.
This role is part of the Trust’s Expert by Experience programme. £10 per session will be paid.
Closing date: Friday 8 January 2021.
Informal interviews will take place in January and if successful a training session in February before commencement of the project in March.
