Who to call in a crisis?
- If urgent mental health help is needed you can ring 0121 262 3555 for advice and support. This line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be used whether you are known to our services or not.
- If you are already under our care or our services and have a crisis plan you can also refer to this for support.
- Always call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.

Services
All acute and urgent care services are running as normal over the bank holiday period.
Some of our other services will operate different hours to normal. Please see the table below for details:
| Addictions Services | Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, except public holidays. |
| Assertive Outreach (AOT) | Birmingham AOT Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm with the exception of weekends which will be 9am - 5pm. Solihull AOT will work 9am to 5pm throughout the bank holiday period. |
| Birmingham Healthy Minds | Normal operating hours, closed on public holidays. |
| Community Mental Health Teams | 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
| Health Exchange | 9am – 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays. |
| Home Treatment Team | Open normal hours over the bank holiday period. |
| The Juniper Centre, Reservoir Court and Ashcroft | Open normal hours (please note reception is closed on public holidays.) |
| Single Point Of Access (SPOA) | 8am - 7.30pm on Friday 28 August, closed at the weekend and on public holidays. |
| Specialist Psychotherapies Services | Callum Lodge and The Old Coach House, Uffculme will be open until 5pm Friday 28 August and will re-open Tuesday 1 September at 8.30am. |

Office opening times over the bank holiday period
Our Trust Headquarters will be closed from 5.30pm on Friday 28 August until Tuesday 1 September. On Tuesday the offices will be open from 7.30am.
