Easter Bank Holiday Message 2021

Take good care of yourself over the Easter period by:  

  • making sure you have enough medication for the holiday period
  • planning routine GP appointments and check operating/opening hours of your health care provider
  • calling 111 or visiting your local pharmacist for advice if you are feeling unwell; don’t wait for the GP surgery to open again.

 

Who to call in a crisis?

  • If urgent mental health help is needed you can ring 0121 262 3555 for advice and support. This line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be used whether you are known to our services or not.
  • If you are already under our care or our services and have a crisis plan you can also refer to this for support.
  • Always call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.

  • Samaritans on Freephone 116 123 - open 24 hours
  • SANELINE on 0300 304 7000 - open 4.30pm – 10.30pm every day 


Services

All Acute and Urgent Care services are running as normal over the Easter Bank Holiday period. Some of our other services have different operating hours.  Please see the table below for details:

 Addictions Services

9am – 5pm, except public holidays.

Assertive Outreach (AOT)

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday with the exception of weekends which will be 9am - 5pm.

Solihull AOT will work 9am to 5pm throughout the Easter period.

Birmingham Healthy Minds

Normal operating hours, closed on public holidays.

Community Mental Health Teams

9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays.

Health Exchange

9am - 5pm, closed on weekends and public holidays.

The Juniper Centre, Reservoir Court and Ashcroft

Open normal hours (please note reception is closed on public holidays.)

Single Point of Access (SPOA)

8am - 7.30pm, closed on public holidays.

Specialist Psychotherapies Services

Both sites will be closed 2 - 5 April 2021.


Customer Relations (PALS) opening times over the Easter Bank Holiday

Customer Relations will close on Thursday 1 April at 4pm. The service will re-open at 8am on Tuesday 6 April 2021 resuming for operational hours of 8am to 6pm.

 

Office opening times over the Easter Bank Holiday  

Our Trust Headquarters will be closed from 4pm on Thursday 1 April and will reopen 9am on Tuesday 6 April 2021.
