MHFA instructor training programme

100% subsidised places (Subsidised by BSMHFT and subject to criteria below)
• Seven day training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health
• 1:1 mentor support for one year
• Approved MHFA instructors are able to deliver the course to up to twelve people, as many times as necessary
• The MHFA course is internationally recognised and aims to teach people how to recognise the symptoms of mental health problems, how to provide initial help and how to guide a person towards appropriate professional help.

The cut off date for applications is May 25. Applicants will also be required to submit no more that 600 words explaining:
i. How you will roll out 4 courses in the first year after completing the instructor training programme?
ii. Who you will deliver the courses to?
iii. When they will be delivered?
