Over 80 000 people lined the streets in Birmingham last Sunday for the biggest St Patrick’s parade in in the UK on Sunday.
The sun was shining bright on the crowds gathered to for the parade, which opened at noon as a huge cannon fired a shower of green and yellow paper over the streets.
Amongst the parade - which featured floats, vintage vehicles, carnival costumes and an Irish dragon - was our Positive Mental Health Group. They took their place in the walking groups behind the marching band, who provided the crowd with rousing tunes along the three mile parade route.
