We want to hear your views – help us improve our services

If you are a service user or carer we would like to invite you to attend an event to share your views of the Trust and how we can improve our services and patient experience.

Hosted by our Chief Executive, John Short these events will be your opportunity to talk with other service users, carers and staff.

The event will take place on 8 October 2014 at:

Morning session 10.30am till 12.30pm, or afternoon session 2pm till 4pm.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.These events are part of Listening into Action, which supports front-line staff to make real improvements that benefit service users, carers and staff in their everyday work. Members of the See Me Team will be at the venue to listen to any individual experiences should you wish to meet on a 1-1 basis.
