Our Trust, alongside other NHS organisations, is supporting NHS Employers, Public Health England (PHE) and Alcohol Concern, the leading national alcohol charity, to encourage people to have a holiday from booze during January 2015.
Dry January is about encouraging behaviour change through a positive experience. The aim is to make it fun, supportive and informative so sign up to join in with thousands of others taking a break from booze this January.
Having a holiday from booze after the Christmas period can benefit your finances, calorie intake and general health. It’s super simple to do – just swap your alcoholic drinks for something softer this month to experience health (and wealth) benefits.
