Our Birmingham Health Minds service are running free mindfulness workshops for you to come along to.
Mindfulness is an approach to reducing stress and anxiety by paying more attention to the present moment, your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you.
The sessions will be led by Birmingham Healthy Minds practitioners and there will be plenty for you to take away and practise at home.
These workshops are for anyone aged 16 or over, who is registered with a Birmingham GP. Just drop in on the day.
