At our event we held an open Q&A discussion, followed by a powerful LGBTQ+ History Month performance from Women and Theatre, looking back at what Birmingham was like for the LGBTQ+ community and the changes over the years.

Throughout the day, we held fantastic stalls, featuring LGBTQ+ history, community networks, our Spiritual Care and Equality Diversity and Inclusion teams, Dementia Care awareness, HIV support and much more.

This Valentine’s Day we celebrated love in all its forms while honouring the rich history of the LGBTQ+ community.
