Congratulations to the Small Heath East Community Mental Health team, our Team of the Month for April who have beeen recognised for including service users, carers and families in decision making and for treating everyone with kindness, respect and dignity.

The team strive to achieve more for their service users, the community and the Trust and to deliver the best possible care. Commitment and compassion are intrinsic to the team. Their culture of inclusion means the voices of service users, carers and families are central to decisions they make. Structured values-based supervision allows colleagues to make contributions to improve services, including delivering on their promise of a quality, co-produced care package. The team foster a culture of treating people with kindness, respect, and dignity.
