Congratulations to the Memory Assessment Service (MAS) our Team of the Month for August who have been recognised for completing a group activity with patients and going above and beyond to support our patients. Congratulations also go to runners up, Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team (FIRST) and Participation, Experience and Recovery (PEAR) team and Experts by Experience. A colleague on a non-working day saw the MAS team completing a group activity at a local centre they volunteer at with patients. They said it was evident that patients/service users were enjoying the session which brought them joy, laughter and freedom. It was lovely to see staff smiling with them. Carers were also able to engage with staff members to discuss their concerns. MAS goes above and beyond for those they support, providing therapeutic activities to support their recovery.
