A huge well done to the Zinnia Community Mental Health team (CMHT), December’s Team of the Month. Zinnia CMHT has been recognised for their compassion to service users and colleagues and their commitment to continuous improvement.
Despite facing consistently high caseloads, this compassionate team positively impact the quality of care for service users and carers. An excellent example of their commitment and inclusion is their engagement with experts by experience and service users. They recognise their valuable perspective on care. They are compassionate to service users and this compassion is reflected in their attitude towards the wellbeing of their colleagues too. Positive feedback from students shows the team’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Zinnia CMHT provide excellent care and are committed to the Trust values.
