Our Values Awards are back and better than ever!

We celebrated our annual Values Awards in style at Aston Villa Football Ground on Friday 21 June. This year’s awards was bigger and better than ever before with almost 250 colleagues enjoying a very special evening celebrating not only our awards winners, but all things BSMHFT.

The glittering evening was dedicated to recognising our fantastic colleagues and services in 10 awards categories. A mixture of 30 staff members and teams took to the stage to receive their well-deserved awards, chosen by the judges from a record 343 nominations. All 30 have demonstrated our Trust Values of compassion, commitment, and inclusivity and enhanced the mental health care and support that we give to our service users, carers and each other.

Our annual awards are a golden opportunity to shine a light on and celebrate some of the many successes that Team BSMHFT has achieved, particularly over the last 12 months. It’s important for us to reflect on our achievements, the challenges we have overcome and the lives we have changed.
