Gold: Community Transformation team

Since its inception three years ago, the Community Mental Health Transformation team has consistently gone above and beyond to improve mental health care, enhance the quality of services provided, and destigmatise mental health issues.

Their collaborative efforts have resulted in tangible improvements to the lives of many across Birmingham and Solihull.

Together the team work on innovative projects to reach unserved populations and they actively engage with the community hosting events and workshops to improve mental health literacy.

Their data-driven approach has allowed them to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine their strategies to meet the needs of the community.

Silver: Information team

The Information team has consistently demonstrated dedication and innovation in their approach to gathering, analysing, and presenting data that is critical to the Trust’s success.

They were nominated in particular for their exceptional contributions to our Acute and Urgent Care division where they measured and tracked improvements in their service. Through meticulous data analysis and reporting, they have provided valuable insights into the effectiveness of initiatives and strategies as well as productivity plans, allowing teams to adjust course when necessary and focus efforts where they are needed most.

Their dedication to interpreting data in layman’s terms has allowed many teams across the Trust to get a better understanding of how they can provide excellence.

Bronze: Juniper Outpatients and Admin team

Juniper’s Outpatients and Admin team has been described as incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming to both service users and staff, always demonstrating exceptional professionalism and commitment to their job.

Under the leadership of Tara, Business Support Manager, the team has been instrumental in providing transport support to the directorate, playing a pivotal role in ensuring service users reach their external appointments punctually. Their unwavering commitment is evident through their willingness to arrive earlier than their contracted hours.

If anyone ever has any issues, they are always there to support in any way they can.
