Values Awards 2025

We’re proud to announce the launch of the 2025 Values Awards!

Our Values Awards are an opportunity to shine a light on and celebrate some of the incredible work of many of our individuals and teams, from over the last 12 months.

This year’s awards see the welcome return of our Service User and Carer Choice Award.

Is there a member of staff or team that has gone over and beyond to support and help you or someone you know? If so, please share your story with us via the nomination form.

Please note you must be a service user or carer to nominate in this category.

What are we looking for?

You can nominate an individual member of staff or team from any of our services who you believe makes an outstanding contribution to service user care. Maybe it’s someone who always shows compassion in the care they give, who has really made a difference or someone willing to go out of their way to help improve the experience of our service users and carers.

How do I nominate for the Service User and Carer Choice Award?

You can complete our online nomination form (opens in a new tab).

If you prefer to post your nomination form, download a PDF form (opens in a new tab) to print and fill out by hand. You can post the completed form to Communications Team, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Uffculme Centre, 52 Queensbridge Road, Birmingham B13 8QY.

If you would like more information, please email bsmhft.staffawards@nhs.net.

Closing date for entries, received electronically or by post, is midnight on Sunday 2 February 2025.
