Birmingham Healthy Minds is pleased to offer people aged 16 and over, with a Birmingham GP, free access to computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) (in conjunction with SilverCloud Health).
This is a digital, goal based, programme aimed at helping you reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, or depression. It is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology approaches.
This programme includes activities, tools and exercises and you will have a qualified practitioner to support you via written reviews. As we are an NHS service, it is free of charge.
Please do not complete this online form for cCBT if you have already completed a BHM self-referral form. If you would like to access cCBT, tell the practitioner at your assessment appointment. If computerised CBT is not what you are looking for and you’d prefer to talk to a practitioner from the service about how we can help, click here
If you would like to try cCBT, click here
You will be asked to complete 5 questions to ensure Birmingham Healthy Minds is the right service for you and then a short self-referral form, to set you up on the programme. Following this, you will receive an invite from SilverCloud to set up an account and away you go!!
If we think you need more support than an online computerised programme can provide, we will invite you to an appointment for an assessment.
