Mental health problems are common and wide-ranging, from the stress and worry we all experience at times, to more serious conditions that can affect the way we live for a considerable period.
Around 1 in 4 people will experience some sort of mental health problem at some point in their lives. A mental health problem only becomes serious if it begins to interfere with your ability to cope or function in your everyday life.
Most people successfully manage their mental health problems, and with the right support, go on to lead very active and fulfilling lives. These pages will help you and the people who care for you or support you, including your friends and colleagues.
We greatly value your feedback and we have a number of projects to ensure that we learn from the experience of those who use our services and their carers. We will also link you to helpful local groups and organisations.
