For those who may not know about Friends and Family Feedback Test, it is not the same as compliments or complaints.
Friends and Family Feedback Test is an opportunity for service users, carers and family members that access our services to comment on their experiences.
There are opportunities for those that fill in Friends and Family Feedback Test to leave free text comments, so their experiences are captured in their own words. Friends and Family Feedback Test is not all positive as it allows for all comments especially with the question ‘Please tell us about anything that we could have done better’. These comments can be helpful with service improvement.
